    TFOE-PE Central Luzon Region LXXX

    Service through Strong Bond of Brotherhood

    Kuya Eagle NP Ronald Delos Santos, the inaugurated 38th President of The Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles (TFOEPE) EY 2024 envisioned the significance of Unity, Respect and Discipline for One Eagle along with His 8-points agenda.

    As members of this noble socio-civic fraternal order, how can we participate in mobilizing these agenda?

    Our newly born CLR 80 is in its phase of learning the systematic art of flying. We aim to soar high, motivated with these 8-points agenda of our incumbent Kuya Eagle NP Ronald Delos Santos.

    Here are tidbits to learn in our way onward participating to what our national leadership have envisioned;

    1. Let us Assess Needs of our respective community: Through our clubs, we must conduct thorough assessments to understand the specific needs of the community or population we are serving. This could involve surveys, interviews, or data analysis to identify priorities. Here we see how our clubs could innovate humanitarian services that will contribute to the betterment of our respective communities.
    2. Develop a comprhensive plan: Planning is a good thrust of certain organization like ours. Each club within our beloved CLR80 should create a comprehensive plan outlining the objectives, strategies, and tactics for mobilizing humanitarian services. This plan should include timelines, budget considerations, and roles/responsibilities for club members.
    3. Build lasting partnerships: We have heard during our Orients with Kuya Eagle Borj that there is an Eagle club somewhere that despite their meager monthly due, was able to established good projects through partnership. We are encourage to collaborate with local organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise. Building strong partnerships can enhance the effectiveness and reach of your efforts.
    4. Open our door to those who knocks: We understood it fully that our aspirants have their duties to fulfill. Every club is encouraged to open their doors for aspirants. Like all of us, we were mobilized for humanitarian efforts, so they are. Aspirants have diverse skills, resources, and noble backgrounds. It will be for them, a good training when they are mobilized for disaster response, first aid, relief distributions, and other activities.
    5. Let us Utilize Technology: Leverage technology tools and platforms to streamline communication, data collection, and coordination efforts. This could include using mobile apps for data gathering, social media for outreach, and project management software for club collaboration. Thank you for this platform. We are able to connect with one another through our new website, Facebook pages, and Group Chats.
    6. Monitor and Evaluate our respective club: Let us establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track the progress and impact of your mobilization efforts. Direct or indirect, we should charge our club to collect feedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders to continuously improve your approach. Our internal affairs should always be transparent for everyone.
    7. Labor with fellow Eagles: we are not independent. We are a region composite of different clubs. We, also, are part of a bigger socio-civic fraternal order. So we must be inspired to labor with our fellow Eagles. Wherever regions they came from, or whatever the names of their clubs/districts. We are One Eagle. We must foster Unity, Respect, and Discipline.

    By following these recommendations and continually learning from experience, CLR 80 can effectively participate and mobilize humanitarian services to make a positive impact on communities in need.

    Mabuhay ang Agila! Mabuhay ang Central Luzon Region LXXX!
